The nose is intense and evolved: a touch of withered rose anticipates a marvellous array of fruity and spicy scents, such as black cherry, blackberry, orange peel, snuff peach, cloves, liquorice, star anise and cigar.

On the palate, the tannins are well made and perfectly integrated, allowing the taste to flow with agility. The volume in the mouth is solid and generous.
