||Fermentation and refinement in small Allier oak casks. During the months of March and April, the wine is bottled for froth.
||The bottles are stacked in temperature-controlled (12-14 °C) ageing rooms for at least 36 months. After this period the Franciacorta Satèn takes on its characteristics of perfume and flavour and a very fine perlage.
