Le Colture Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Rive di Santo Stefano Gerardo Extra Brut 2022
This brut, dedicated to his grandfather Gerardo Ruggeri, is born from the oldest vines (35-40 years) of Santo Stefano, in homage to the passion with which he cared for his 'Rive', the vineyards on the steepest terrains. The aromas are generous with hints of citrus and fresh vegetable often accompanied by a pleasant note of bread combined with a lively energy. The fine perlage ensures the persistence of flavour and cleanliness of the palate.
