Larmandier Pere et Fils Champagne Perlé de Larmandier 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut 2014
Jules Larmandier, founder of the Maison, was a forerunner of the Champagne expression of the terroir and chalk from the Côte des Blancs. In 1920 he created the "Brut Perlé de Larmandier" cuvée, a "Blanc des Blancs" millesimato with creamy effervescence. This cuvée is blended with more than 56% Grand Cru grapes and the rest from Premier Cru terroir!

Perlage

Infinite and creamy bubble.

Colour

Straw yellow with golden reflections.

Bouquet

The nose expresses, in the immediacy of the just poured, mineral and herbaceous notes of ripe hay and perfumed. But the best of itself allows it as soon as it rises in temperature, with hints of chamomile and white fruit and punctual puffs of salted butter.

Flavour

The sip, generous and rich, keeps what was promised to the nose, with persistence and salivation "gargantuan".
