This is a Reserve wine that intends to fully celebrate the most peculiar and original aspects of the Lamole area in a genuine, truthful and, at the same time, regal interpretation. The name sums up its characteristics of maximum typicality, spontaneity and elegance thanks to a sensory profile based on aromatic articulation, definition of taste and tactile sobriety.

Bouquet of violets, broom and wild red berry fruit, complemented by balsamic hints of resin and forest floor.

Flavour

Defined and dynamic flavour with fine-grained tannins and a tonic freshness to support the pressing progression of tastiness and aromas of red fruits and officinal herbs.

In addition to the classic Fiorentina t-bone steak, this Riserva is a wonderful match for meat dishes cooked in a wide variety of ways, from the oven to the grill, from braised meats to game preparations, which are enhanced by the wine's surprising energy and tastiness.
