||Soft pressing of whole grapes after further sorting of clusters. Vinification in supervised temperature-controlled inox tanks.
||6-8 months in inox tanks from September to April. Secondary fermentation: minimum 24 months at controlled temperature on lees. 6 months additional aging in bottle.
