||Soils with medium-low depth but very heterogeneous due to the strong presence of outcropping mother rock. Sandy-silty texture with low silt content and good supply of organic matter.
||The grape harvest took place only by hand during the month of October.
||The grapes were traditionally vinified in 10 hl truncated cone fermenters of French oak. Maceration on the skins with submerged cap prolonged for about 3 weeks.
||The new wine was placed in 10 and 30 hl French oak barrels for 38 months. The wine was then refined in the bottle for another 12 months.
||With an elegant structure, it can be easily combined with rich appetizers and first courses.
