La Rasina Brunello di Montalcino 2018

Colour

Garnet red.

Bouquet

Intense, pleasantly complex, quite fine. It stands in the foreground a strong floral qualities of irises, the ripe red fruit and succulent, of all black cherries and currants, notes of balsamic, including mint and licorice.

Flavour

Dry, warm, soft; level on record medium hardness, with a freshness too limited - sin - and some hint of flavor in the background. The balance is then moved on the softness, with a highly polished tannin and always pleasant, devoid of such piccantezze of big category but still be able to wrap your mouth and prepare adequately the return of beautiful ripe fruit, persistent enough to make the drink broad and engaging.

Pairing

Meat dishes very structured, but also aged cheeses or first important. And 'certainly a meditation wine, to be tasted it in the best way is to be opened in advance in order to favor a good oxygenation.
