Harvest |

Vinification |
Chardonnay of Burgundy cloane and Ortrugo typical of our hills. The two varieties are separated with a soft pressing of whole grapes and a first fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats at a temperature of 15 °C. |
Ageing |
About 9 months in stainless steel tanks. |
Pairing |
Versatile wine throughout the entire meal, but ideal in many other occasions of the day where it is well suited as an aperitif or a toast with friends. It is recommended with appetisers, starters or simple main courses of sea or river fish. |
