A vintage sparkling wine par excellence. The essence of Chardonnay, full of character and multi-layered. Elegant, deep, and persistent. The Chardonnay grapes come from the company's oldest vines.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Bright straw yellow with silver reflections.
	Bouquet Strong in character, with fine citrus fruits and a hint of white flowers. Nuances of dried fruit, white peaches, ripe apricots, fresh mountain herbs, spiced bread and brioche.
	Flavour Velvety texture. Long, minerally finish.

Climate	Altitude: 300-500 m. a.s.l. Exposure: South-East. Constant downdraughts and changes in temperature combine to produce a unique microclimate developing an optimal acid-to-sugar ratio.
Soil composition	Calcareous dolomite rock with sandy and clayey deposits.
Harvest	By hand, when grapes are fully ripe.
Vinification	Gentle pressing of the whole grapes is followed by several months of ageing of the basic wine in large wooden barrels.
Ageing	Fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method and ageing on the lees at a constant temperature in an old bunker for 60 months.
