Jean Chartron Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Purcelle 2013
Millésim who brings in a dowry a delicatissimo and suadente bouquet of pastrys; the presence of a good portion of new oak caresses the DNA of this product without overestimating it; in fact, it conserves a large stock of fruit, with its golden apple and yellow-flesh-peach, with clear notes of lime and pink grapefruit; the palate deflagra enjoys freshness and conveys, at the entrance to the mouth, a substantial presence of citrus sensations, red apple and a gentle flavor of wild blackberry. Specific weight and mouth center of great satisfaction and good aromatic persistence. Centrally and harmoniously. Race Horse on Chassagne.

History The domain has far-reaching origins: in 1859 it was founded by Jean Edouard Dupard, who contributed to the definition of the name of Puligny Montrachet. Coming to the fifth generation, the company has been run by the brilliant Jean-Michel since 1994. Jean works on vines for an average of forty years and does not use chemistry. Bottling takes place between nine and twelve months. It has about thirteen hectares and boasts the most important climates of the municipality, including Clos de la Pucelle and Clos du Cailleret, which holds monopolies. The cellar is large and modern. The style is absolutely clean and the interpretation of its wines is absolutely adhering to the territorial matrices.
