Vinification	Grapes are foot treaded and fermented with whole clusters in an open fermenter. It is then submerged for 15 days with wild yeasts.
Ageing	Aged in new 500 l puncheons and seasoned barriques for 12 months. No filtration.
Production year	1,398 bottles
