Powerful, elegant, long-lived, the 'Ripe del Falco' is the expression of the long winemaking tradition of the Ippolito family. Selection in the vineyard of the best Gaglioppo, cellar care and a long ageing, give us a wine of great charm and enveloping.

Colour

Ruby red with garnet reflections.

Bouquet

Aromas of great complexity and intensity, withered rose petals, hints of underbrush, liquorice, leather, tobacco, spices.

Flavour

On the palate, it is intense, warm, tasty, with very fine tannins and a very persistent finish.

Pairing

Excellent with braised meats, game and aged cheeses. It is also ideal as a wine to be enjoyed by itself.
