The wine has an intense yellow colour, the nose is distinguished with citrus and apple notes with a mineral vein. It has a mineral character on the palate with a refreshing citrus vein.

Vinification Grapes are destemmed and crushed. followed by skin contact maceration for 3 hours. After the grapes are pressed, the must is allowed to settle for 24-36 hours at 5°C. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation.
