With the 2015 vintage comes the wine: 'CARMINIUM Carmenere Doc Colli Berici'. It represents a more immediate approach to Carmenere grapes in their purity, without neglecting complexity and finesse. The clays created by the woods of this incredible place, preserved almost in a wild state, express a unique wine.

It is intense on the nose, with aromas of herbs and spices, dark fruit.

Round, structured and refreshing taste, with good balance and persistence.

It pairs well with mixed grill, roast pork, cured meats and cheeses. Velvety tannins.

Ageing	In barriques for 12 months, of which 20% are new and 80% used. Racking, fining and bottling after a light filtration.
