The pebbles left trough the millennia by the Progno river originated the stony soil where we grow our Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso vines. This wine is a product of total elegance that comes from a wise use of the traditional Ripasso technique which allows it to preserve and develop its natural qualities of pleasantness and structure longer in time.

Colour

Dark ruby, good texture.

Bouquet

The nose evokes jams of berries and cherries, scents of undergrowth and humus, then bark, spicy hints of licorice, tobacco and mentholated tones.

Flavour

In the mouth it is warm and rather soft, velvety tannins, important caloric and long persistence.
