Sandy-loamy with shallow depth, less than 50 cm, and an abundance of skeleton. |
Vinification |
70% destemmed grapes and 30% whole cluster, maceration with the skins for 8-10 days with three punching-downs per day at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. |
Ageing |
50% in wooden vats and 50% in stainless steel, followed by 2-3 months in bottle. |

It perfectly pairs well with meat or cheese dishes. |
