Grillesino Nacchero Ciliegiolo 2018
The vine Ciliegiolo is grown in the Tuscan Maremma over 170 years due to the great affinity with the area's climate. Grillesino works his ciliegiolo with a soft pressing and it does macerate on the skins for about 2 weeks on the fifteenth day refines it for another six months to maintain the special characteristics of the ciliegiolo. Grillesino is not filtered so strong notes of ripe cherry and red fruits immediate and fresh on the palate the wine ready and modern, not just cutting for the preparation of Chianti, but strong identity of its own.
Bright ruby red extremely clear. the palate is full of harmonious scents of ripe cherry with pleasant notes of red berries. soft and persistent in the mouth this wine is fresh, elegant and innovative in the sensations. Final moderately persistent.
