||On the sunny slopes of Mazon, above Egna, at an altitude of 400 m above sea level, facing south west.
||The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure on the grapes.
||Destemming and slow must fermentation (18-20 days) in stainless steel tanks (gravity-flow). Malolatic fermentation: done.
||Aging for 15 months partly in big wooden barrels (12 hl), partly in barrique and 8 months in the bottle.
||An excellent table wine, perfect for serving with roast meats, game and spicy cheeses.
