Soil composition Tortonian, marly with tuff and a conspicuous presence of sand.
Yield per hectare 7,000 kg/hectare.
Harvest The first fortnight of October.
Vinification Traditional long maceration method. Natural fermentation without adding yeasts for about 40 days in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing 6 months in stainless steel tanks, 30 months in large capacity Slavonian oak casks (20-25 hl) and a following bottle ageing.
Allergens Contains sulphites
