Born from Pinot Noir. The grapes are purchased in vineyards that respect the Frederic Cossard philosophy or where they are banned herbicides and chemicals and viticulture practice a "natural." The harvest is manual, with selection of the best grapes; vinification is traditional mold.

Aromas that envelop the nose moves on slight touches of fruit, enriched by more tertiary notes.
