This white Burgundy Bigotes from Frederic Cossard is made from Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are purchased in vineyards that respect the philosophy of Frederic Cossard or where herbicides and chemicals are banned and a "natural" viticulture is practiced.

It expresses sensations of white and yellow pulp fruit, anise and citrus fruits, with a beautiful mineral voice.
