Climate	Altitude: 250-400 m a.s.l. Exposure East and South-East.
Soil composition	The land is divided into two distinct podologic zones: adjacent to the winery is soil predominantly composed of "Pietraforte" type sandstones; Pianacci and Sant'Antimo are predominantly sandy soils, mixed with skeleton consisting of galestro schists and the presence of fossils.
Cultivation system	The vineyards are trained to the espalier system and are pruned using the bilateral spurred cordon system.
Vinification	Traditional fermentation in steel vats for 20-25 days.
Ageing	10-12 months in oak casks of about 10 HL 30.
