Fontezoppa Carapetto Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested by hand. This wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, it has a ruby intense and full, with violet hues. Nose large and complex, fruity, with small berries in alcohol and hints of vanilla, tobacco and liquorice. mouth full and elegant with spicy notes and race tannins that give a long and persuasive. Excellent with important meat dishes, even as elaborate as the braised beef.
