Fontanafredda Barolo Vigna La Rosa 2005
The color is ruby red with garnet reflections. The scent is broad, gentle but intense, with clear hints of dried rose, violet, tobacco, berries, spices and vanilla. In the mouth the texture is thick and dense tannins: the entrance is soft, almost velvety and then explode in a sensation of fruit well balanced by fresh acidity. The aftertaste is very long and full of flavor.

Colour

Deep garnet red, with shades of brick and, in time, barely orange.

Bouquet

The scent is sharp and intense, with scents of vanilla, spices, withered roses and underbrush.

Flavour

The taste is warm, soft, full, velvety, harmonious and long lasting.

Pairing

The ideal approach to red meat, important, and cheeses of medium or long aging, but can also accompany the pleasant conversation of a meal.
