||Takes place in the cellar of Cabreo Estates. Alcoholic fermentation process occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26/28°C (72/82° F).
||Ageing process is in 500 lt (132 gal) not new oak tonneaux for at least one year. Bottle ageing minimum 6 months.
||It matches with roasted white meat, stew and aged cheeses.
