Soil composition	The soils of the Langa, consisting of sandy marl rich in limestone, make our Nebbiolo an aromatic and structured wine, but at the same time fine and delicate.
Harvest	We pick the grapes in boxes, to keep the berries as intact as possible.
Vinification	Vinification is interpreted from year to year, adapting to the characteristics of the individual vintages using the submerged cap technique.
Ageing	The ageing process involves the use of large wood barrels, where our Nebbiolo rests for about 9 months under careful care. Bottling takes place the summer after the harvest.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
