Firriato Santagostino Baglio Soria Bianco Magnum 2013
This is our most important white wine that has given us worldwide success. This year's vintage is even better than last year's. It has a fascinating golden yellow colour, with elegant hints of fresh flowers and fruits (melon, white prunes and peaches) on her rare soft vanilla base. On the palate it's surprisingly elegant, flavorful enveloping and very sure of itself and its well deserved international fame.

Colour

Intense and lively golden color.

Bouquet

Extremely charming and elegant and perfectly focused nose with scents of peach, melon, almond, pineapple, and white wild flowers that share the scene with hints of butter, vanilla hazelnut.

Flavour

A matchless and rich fruit, almost turgid; it unfolds with suave, dense and caressing softness, supported by an extremely distinct and balanced acid vein; it leaves a clean and lingerig finish.

Pairing

Hors d'oeuvres and seafood: fish and shellfish; medium age cheese and white meat.
