||It goes very well with seafood dishes, enhancing the strong and persistent flavors such as tubes in fish broth, potato crusted spatula, squid stuffed with mint. Caciucco and Mussels au gratin go perfectly. White meats with sauces, smoked meats and vegetable flans are also good.
