Ample and typical aromatic array with small bramble fruit, Mediterranean scrub with myrtle berries and wildflowers, rosemary and camphor, and a fine frame of coffee powder.

Flavour

Very balanced taste with a velvety tannic texture and good fresh tasty synergy. Long closing with notes of the grape variety.

Pairing

It is perfect with pasta with meat sauce, risotto, meats, and game. It is also perfect with medium-aged cheeses and slightly spices.
