"Vrucara" is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from a vineyard whose land has always been called "Vrucara". It takes this name because the worm is widespread, in Sicilian it is the name of a bush spontaneously growing around the vineyard.

Ruby red.

Bouquet

Intense and persistent on the nose with fruity scent of undergrowth, scents of cherry in spirit and petals of dried rose, in harmony with spicy notes of vanilla and balsamic vinegar of eucalyptus, licorice and incense oil.

Flavour

Soft and velvety on the palate, with buttery notes well-structured with prolonged aromatic persistence in the aftertaste. Soft and balanced tannins.

Red meat, roasts, wild game, cold cuts and hard cheeses.
