Ferraris Opera Prima Ruche 2016
Born from the love that binds a grandfather to a nephew, the founder of the company to his future, beyond time. A new way of interpreting the Ruchè, of the highest quality, dedicated to the most demanding palates. For the production of an excellent product we start from the perfect vineyard, Bricco della Gioia, a small plot where land, exposure, microclimate, maximum care and selection in the vineyard are the wonderful combination to produce a unique and inimitable wine. In the heart it has a deep ruby red color with an initial garnet nuance on the nail. From the free glass an elegant fruity maturity of small berries of blackberry, blackberries, dried plums and sub-cherries cherry intertwined with memories of rose petals. Thereafter the tertiary notes emerge, conferred by the refinement in wood, already perfectly amalgamated despite the relative youth of the wine; Mentulous aromas, sweet tobacco and fine spices are recognized. The tasting confirms the quality of the company's symbolic wine, elegance and finesse harmonize with the power and structure, giving off warm, soft and persistent taste sensations, balanced between fruity mass and very fine tannin. This "jewel" rests in the fabulous and unique historical cellar dug into the tuff, which belongs to the family for generations, waiting to be shared for unique moments.
