Ferrari Perlé Brut Magnum 2017
A vintage Blanc de Blancs of incontrovertible excellence, obtained just from Chardonnay grapes from the Lunelli family’s own vineyards. After a long period of maturation in the bottle it becomes a synthesis of elegance, freshness and harmonious complexity.

Perlage

Refined perlage.

Colour

Straw yellow with pale golden highlights.

Bouquet

The extremely clean aromas on the nose reveal notes of grapefruit, ginger root and fresh pineapple, subsequently giving way to hints of aromatic herbs and cumin.

Flavour

On the palate the wine is dry, tangy and lively, characterized by an attractive initial mellow sensation that gradually shades into a long flavour of zesty fruit, thus offering a taste profile that is at once clean, deep and elegant.

Pairing

Fusilli with zucchini pesto with salmon.
