Franciacorta Extra Brut is part of the company's Riserva wines. For its production, only grapes from the oldest vineyards are chosen. This wine is made of grapes from 12 vineyards located in 6 towns of Franciacorta.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Bright straw yellow.
	Bouquet It opens up scents of citrus fruits, medlar, verbena, flowers, mineral salts, toasted almonds and warm bread.
	Flavour Taste of overwhelming freshness and tastiness supported by a captivating citrus persistence. It has a long finish and is rich in olfactory notes.

Vinification	The whole grapes are pressed with a pneumatic press, gently extracting the juice. During vinification, the must is separated into two fractions: the first must, which has the best quality juice used to produce Franciacorta, and the second-press juice, which is not intended for bottling. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 16-18°C. The base wine rests in vats until the spring following the harvest.
