Wine character decided combines finesse, freshness and elegance to a good structure and persistence that make it particularly suitable to be consumed throughout the meal.

	Perlage Fine and persistent perlage.
	Colour Soft pink but bright.
	Bouquet Alternating hints of small red fruits, strawberries, pink grapefruit and a slight hint of leavened dough.
	Flavour Creamy attack in the mouth, lively both in freshness and flavor. Elegant fruity-citrusy finish, with a mineral touch.

Vinification	The whole grapes are vinified using the marmonnier press, an ancient pressing system that guarantees great respect for the characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape. Only the free-run must is extracted from the press. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at an constant temperature of 16-18 °C. The base wine rests in vats until the spring following the harvest.
