||The destemmed harvest ferments in a self-draining tank with the temperature set to 22 ºC for approximately 15 days.
||At the end of the alcohol fermentation the wine is pressed and decanted to an aging tank for malolactic fermentation. After stabilisation and filtration it is bottled in June and aged for approximately 6 months in stainless steel.
