Imprisoned by prejudices of latitude and purported noble origins, ancient ranks and ancient traditions, "classic method" sparkling wine has long been the preserve of a few European wine-growing areas. Ours was and still is kept secret in the underground cavities of Spazio Primitivo, where it is occasionally gushed à la voleè and consumed clandestinely among friends and visitors to our events. Edmond Dantès, a character created by Alexandre Dumas and inspired by his father's long imprisonment in the castle of Taranto, escapes his fate and conquers the destiny of freedom.
