This Mareneve wine results from an idea that is as simple as it is daring to plant a vineyard at an extreme altitude to test how cold-climate vines react on high-altitude volcanic soil.

Colour

Bright white with greenish nuances.

Bouquet

Intense, slightly aromatic aromas of fresh tropical fruit, white musk, lemon granita, lava stone and salt.

Flavour

Aromatic, extremely fresh, defined, salty and very persistent on the palate. It is reminiscent of the freshness of snow and the saltiness of the Mediterranean sea.

Pairing

It pairs well with raw fish, shellfish, egg pasta dishes, squid, and seafood.
