This wine that inaugurated our winery, Le Chiusure. It is made with grapes fron the eponymous vineyard and is the heart and soul of our production; the wine in which we invest much thought and energy in our search fot the macimum expression of erbaluce, pure and profound.

Vinification	Soft pressing, crio-maceration for 24/30 hours, cold stabilization; inoculation of selected yeasts to trigger temperature-controlled fermentation (18 °C).
Ageing	Left to mature on the lees in large wooden barrels until April/May, bottled and then cellared for a minimum of 1 month before commercial release.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
