The choice to focus on noble rot pushes us every year to a ruthless selection of grapes and, when nature is not favourable to us, forces us to give up. A sacrifice that we believe is rewarded by a wine of incredible structure, character and longevity. The vintages that are closest to our heart are 1987, the first vintage produced, 1992, the year of the turning point in grape selection, and finally 1998, 2001, 2006 and 2013: memorable vintages for the concentration and purity of noble rot.
