|Composition of the land
||The lands are of pliocenica origin of medium paste with presence of shells and are known. Locally they have argillaceous frank consistency.
||It can itself be tasted, according to tradition, to fine meal, but also more modernly, in coupling with piccant cheeses, or in a moment of relax when it is desired to delight the palate with a sweet taste, soft and rich or still with a good fat liver of goose.
