Ermacora Spumante Brut La Gialla
Ribolla gialla grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of the grape harvest. The must is then brought to a local winery to undergo the second fermentation according to the Charmat Method.

Perlage

Fine and persistent.

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet

Subtle and penetrating, it offers sensations of white flowers, green apple and bread crust.

Fresh mineral notes and citrus sensations.
