||Separate varieties made between late August and mid-October. Manual in 10 kg crates. each.
||The grapes are vinified individually with maceration of the must in the presence of the skins for 10 days, without added yeasts and with the use of sulphites reduced to a minimum.
||In used barriques for 12 months. In bottle for 6 months.
