True to its homeland, Alta Langa ZERO scales the daunting peaks of absolute quality, tempering passion with technique to find equilibrium in excellence. Obtained from Pinot Nero (85%) and Chardonnay (15%), Alta Langa ZERO is undosed, in other words it has no liqueur d’expédition. After ageing on the lees for about 60 months, Alta Langa ZERO is Enrico Serafino’s supreme Classic Method sparkling wine.

	Perlage Fine.
	Colour Bright, straw yellow.
	Bouquet Complex, elegant fragrances of lime blossom, honey and ripe white-fleshed fruit shade into yeast-veined fresh-baked bread.
	Flavour The vigorous structure is sustained by good acidity. The aromas of flowers, fruits and yeasts alternate to a long, mineral finish.

Harvest	By hand. The grapes come from different locations with distinctive soil and climate features to give high-quality products.
Vinification	Grapes are soft-pressed before the first must ferments in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The second fermentation is carried out in the bottle according to the Classic Method.
Ageing	Contact with the fermentation lees lasts for about 60 months. No liqueur d’expédition is used at disgorgement, which is carried out only by adding the original wine.
