Made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, this dry sparkling wine has been skilfully vinified and aged in the Enrico Serafino cellars according to the traditional metodo classico technique.

Colour

Star-bright straw yellow.

Bouquet

Subtle, harmonious and laced with yeastiness.

Flavour

Fine, lingering bead and attractively dry palate.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif, ideal to drink through the meal.
