	Perlage Minute bubbles rising from the chalice.
	Colour Sparkling gold.
	Bouquet Varied aromas of candied citron, tropical fruit, gianduiotto and dried mushrooms; then, as the temperature rises, beeswax and a mineral hug.
	Flavour The palate is both rigorous and soft at the same time, with the olfactory perceptions taking shape one by one in a harmonious and persistent taste scent. The scent is savoury with echoes of citrus and dried fruit.
