Edoardo Valentini Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo 2019
Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is the incredible expression of the Montepulciano grapes of the Valentini family. The wine cellar, located in Loreto Aprutino in the province of Pescara, is a historical name for the Abruzzo wine tradition, which can create true legends of oenology.

Colour

It has bright waxy reflections.

Bouquet

The nose is unravelled on wild strawberries, raspberry juice, marjoram, clay, ash, dried rose, lavender and brackish water.

Flavour

On the palate it offers a controlled and perfectly balanced structure, played on crisp fruity-floral perceptions, supported by a strong fresh-sapid contribution. However, it does not lack a rather high pH to soften and amalgamate the picture.

Pairing

Fish
Shellfish
Cheese
