The wine is made with the grape 'Grüner Veltliner', which is grown throughout the wine-growing areas of Austria but is most prominent in the area of Neiderösterrich (Lower Austria). Grüner Veltliner is an ancient descendant of the white grape Traminer.

Origin Weingut Dürnberg is located in the traditional wine village of Falkenstein, in the heart of Austria’s Weinviertel.
Soil composition A soil deep of loam with good water storage cares for wines with a spicy character and full of freshness.
Vinification The grapes are brought into a room where the temperature is cool, then they are destemmed and slowly crushed after a short period of maceration. The must is fermented and then matures on the fine lees in stainless steel for several months.
