The Duca di Dolle Superiore di Cartizze Extra Dry "DDD" is produced exclusively with Glera grapes from one hectare of the company's vineyard in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene. An intensely fragrant and pleasant sparkling wine, which complements the Cartizze Extra Brut "Zero" and represents the benchmark of the company's production.

Colour

Deep straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet

Ample and inviting aromas, with intense floral notes, including rose, and fruity notes, reminiscent of pear, apple, apricot and ripe citrus.

Flavour

Pleasant, with excellent tastiness with an aftertaste of bread crust and the mineral note typical of moraine soil.

Pairing

Its fruity, intense flavour goes well with fish starters, light first courses, fish and white meat main courses, tarts and fruit mousses.
