A 100% Pinot Noir Rosé that captivates with its intense and pleasant aromas together with fruity and floral notes. The Riva where the vineyard stands is one with the best exposure of the entire estate, representing the latest product born among the Rolle hills. Alongside the Glera, Pinot Nero grapes grow on an unusual land giving a product of great potential.

Bouquet

Notes of white flowers, rose, cyclamen and violet alternate with nuances of cherry, black cherry, wild blackberry, and blueberry with an oriental hint of clove and cinnamon.

Flavour

Very important acidity and great freshness in the opening blend with an intriguing full-bodied structure made up of soft tannicity and a final tastiness capable of recalling consumption and imparting excellent pleasantness.

Pairing

It pairs well with raw fish, sea oysters, Adriatic Sea shellfish and many traditional risottos from the Veneto region.
